Buffalo Chicken Boats

Ingredients:

2 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 T Frank’s Red Hot

2 T Bolthouse Classic Ranch

32 g fat-free cream cheese

3 tsp fat-free feta

3 stalks of celery

Chives for garnish

Directions:

Cook and shred chicken in a Crock pot. Mix chicken, hot sauce, ranch, and cream cheese in large mixing bowl. Spoon onto celery stalks and sprinkle with feta and chives.
