Cauli Oats


20 grams Quaker Instant Oats

110 grams cauliflower rice (can buy prepackaged)

15 grams protein powder

1 egg white

1 tsp chia seeds

1 T peanut butter mixed with 10 grams PB2


Microwave oatmeal and cauli-rice separately and mix together. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle with chia seeds.

Change the protein powder or oats based on your macro needs.

Feel free to add fruit and/or chocolate chips! Get creative!
