Low calorie but want pizza?! No problem!
1 head of cauliflower, stalk removed
Walden’s Farms Tomato Sauce
3 oz turkey pepperoni
35 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
28 grams parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten (or egg beaters)
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Break the cauliflower into pieces and pulse in food processor until fine. Steam in a steamer basket and drain well. Put the cauliflower on paper towel to remove excess moisture. Let cool. In a bowl, combine the cauliflower with the oregano, salt, garlic powder and eggs. Transfer to the center of the baking sheet and spread into a circle resembling a pizza crust. Top with both cheeses. Bake for 20 minutes. Add turkey pepperoni and bake an additional 10 minutes.
