Javier started training at our studio with Eric one and 1/2 years ago. He began his fitness journey shortly before starting with Eric. Javier began counting macros and learned how to eat for his goals without restriction. He realized some foods he once deemed “healthy” were complete calorie bombs!
Javier has put on solid muscle during his time training with Eric while he shed body fat. His strength has greatly increased as well. He continues to train with Eric three to five days per week and has even taken up hiking on the weekends!
