Client Spotlight: Jayme

Jayme came to us with the goal of decreasing his body fat percentage.  He used his training, and we adjusted his macronutrient amounts accordingly. Jayme’s training was the same in the left-hand photo on the right.  Getting the proper amounts of protein, carbohydrates, and fats are crucial to reaching your goal.  Jayme participated in a 12-week nutrition program with bi-weekly check-ins.
