Katie works full- time and has a little girl at home. She loves to run and participates in marathons. Katie wanted to change her body composition for a leaner look. She participated in a 12- week nutrition program and used our Get Your Best Body at Home eTrainer to add resistance training without going to a big box gym.
Katie quickly learned to count her macros. She was able to navigate business dinners out with ease and increase her cardiovascular endurance.
