Client Spotlight: Laura

Laura was training 6-7 days per week of high-intensity cardio and weights.  We decreased her cardio amounts and adjusted her nutrition- increasing her intake.  Laura learned to count macros and have flexibility in her diet.  She joined a gym to continue weight training and after our 12-week program even went on to compete in her first bikini competition!

After years of chasing a leaner physique, a few adjustments set her on the path to her goal within months.
