Flatbread Pizza

Kiss the calories goodbye and curb cravings with this high-volume knock-off of a thin crust pizza!

Ingredients:

1 Whole Grain Lavash Flatbread

113 grams Cucina Antica Marinara Sauce

100 grams 99 percent lean ground turkey

42 grams fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned with white balsamic and set aside. Spread the marinara on the flatbread. Top with ground turkey and shredded cheese and place on baking sheet (no need to spray baking sheet). Bake for 12- 15 minutes until flatbread is crisp and cheese is melted.  Cut into four pieces.  The whole thing is ONE serving!

Feel free to get creative! Turkey sausage crumbles would be a great addition if you have extra fat grams.  This is also great with grilled chicken or as a “taco pizza”!
