Greek Yogurt Bark

Recipe from Soheefit.com (one of my mains!)

Ingredients:

Greek Yogurt

Protein powder

Pinch of cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

Sweetener to taste

Toppings of choice: coconut flakes, berries, chocolate chips

Directions:

Prepare a shallow pan by lining it with wax paper. Combine your preferred Greek yogurt with sweetener, flavorings, and spices to taste. Spread Greek yogurt mix in a thin layer over the wax paper. Evenly distribute toppings on top of the thin layer of yogurt. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours; overnight is best! Break into pieces and enjoy.
