A protein- packed St. Patty’s Day treat!
2 scoops Naturliga Vanilla Swirl protein powder
1 cup almond flour
1 package Sugar-Free Jello Pistachio Pudding Mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 T Stevia Baking Blend
1/8 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup non-fat Fage Greek Yogurt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. In a Magic Bullet, mix all wet ingredients. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients to form a dough mixture. Place 12 heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto a lightly sprayed baking sheet; space them evenly. Flatten cookies with parchment paper. Bake for 16- 18 minutes.
