S’mores Mug Cake


1 Scoop Max S’mores Pure Whey

1 T unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 T coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

5 drops vanilla sweet drops


Mix all ingredients in large microwaveable mug. Place in microwave on high for 25 seconds. I topped mine with fat free Reddi Whip!

158 calories, 24.8 grams protein, 7.4 grams carbohydrate, 3.9 grams fat, 3 grams fiber
