Protein Donut Minis

Ingredients

44 g light butter

70 g chocolate whey protein powder

30 g all-purpose flour

5 g cocoa powder

30 g egg whites

50 g mashed banana

1/4 tsp baking powder

Stevia to taste

15 g vanilla whey

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, soften the butter in the microwave. Add mashed bananas and then all other ingredients except the vanilla whey. Stir well and add a little water until the cake batter consistency is reached. Pour batter into a greased mini muffin pan (spray with cooking spray). Bake for 10 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in the mini and it comes out clean. Let cool and remove the edges of the cake with a sharp knife so it is shaped int0 a ball (not a muffin). In another small bowl, add the Stevia, vanilla whey, and water until a thick icing is formed. Roll the balls in the icing and let set for 2 hours.
