Protein Pancake Hack

Ingredients:

1/2 scoop Max Pro (I used Pumpkin Spice because #pumpkinallyear)

18 grams Kodiak Cake Waffle and Pancake Mix (1/2 a regular serving)

1/4 cup water

Directions:

Wisk and cook on a griddle set to medium high heat until pancake bubbles, flip and continue to cook opposite side. The mix makes the pancake soft and using half the mix lowers the macros!

Macros (makes one cake):

138 calories, 17.1 grams protein, 13 grams carbohydrate, 1.6 grams fat
