Protein Waffles with Coconut Flour

Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

1 whole egg

1 T coconut flour

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk to desired consistency

Cinnamon to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients to form a batter. Cook in waffle iron until brown. Feel free to mix in a few blueberries like Janet did for an extra treat!

Macros:

230 calories, 31 grams protein, 6 grams carbohydrate, 8 grams fat. To lower the fat content, you may substitute egg whites instead of the whole egg but avoid the liquid egg whites that are purchased in a carton.
