1/2 scoop whey protein powder flavor of choice
50 grams liquid egg whites
1/4 cup Quaker Quick Oats
Splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Optional flavored Stevia Sweet drops in Vanilla Creme
Prepare Quick Oats as directed and set aside. Put egg whites, protein powder, stevia drops, cooked oats, and almond milk in a blender and blend until batter consistency. Let set for 5 minutes to thicken. Spray waffle iron and cook until brown.
