Pumpkin Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 lb extra lean or lean ground turkey (your preference)
1 egg
120 g pumpkin puree
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Mix all in a bowl and roll into small meatballs. This recipe yields 16 meatballs and 4 meals. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, turn meatballs over after 10 min.

28 grams protein, 3 grams carbohydrate, and 2.3 grams fat, 145 calories per 4 meatballs
