Simple Meal Prep

I posted an infographic on my Instagram account yesterday showing the appliances I use to meal prep in minutes.

Here is the infographic

I love using the Instant Pot, Crock Pot, Air Fryer, and a waffle maker to prepare for the week.

Instant Pot

Hard or soft boiled eggs (4 minutes for soft boiled, 6 minutes for hard boiled) and they peel like a dream!

Crock pot

Shredded chicken (add salsa and frozen chicken breasts or tenderloins- so good! and pull apart using a hand mixer)
Spaghetti squash (put the whole thing in and hit on for 4 hours on high)

Air fryer

Bell peppers and sweet potato fries.  Chicken is extremely juicy in the air fryer as well!

Waffle Maker

Pamcakes or Kodiak Cake protein waffles (freeze them and reheat using toaster)

My just in case stash

Canned chicken or tuna (protein), instant rice (starchy carb), fruit and veggies (love to have these so I don’t have to make 2 trips to the store for fresh produce each week.

I hope this helps! I promise, hitting the buttons on these bad boys only takes minutes! I’m not much of a cook, I can tell you that. Eric grills for us as well, but these are sure fire ways to have healthy options on hand even if you aren’t skilled in the kitchen.

Meal prep SAVES you time during the week. You won’t have to think about what to make every evening and you won’t spend time cooking individual meals if you make things in bulk.

I’d love to hear what you all do to prep your meals- I love to change things up and try new things 😃
