Ready in 1 hour
1lb 99 percent lean ground turkey (or beef or less lean turkey)
1 can 98% fat-free Cream of Mushroom Soup
2-3 Celery Stalks diced fine
8oz Frozen or canned Corn, Thawed/Drained
8oz Frozen Green Beans, thawed
1 bag Frozen Tater Tots or Sweet Potato Tots (You only need enough to cover the top of the baking dish, so you likely will have some left over)
1 medium Yellow Sweet Onion, diced
Preheat oven to 350
Heat a medium skillet and saute the onions until soft. Add turkey or beef and brown. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper
Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13 baking dish. Scatter green beans, celery, and corn on top.
Spread Cream Of Mushroom Soup on top.
Evenly place tater tots over the top in lines.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour. The tater tots should be golden brown.
