Turkey Meatballs

Our sweet boss babe, Amanda Freick of AmandaLouise Swimwear, shares her favorite turkey meatball recipe!

Meatball Ingredients:

1 package 99 percent lean ground turkey

1/4 cup grated parmesan

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 T chopped garlic

1 egg

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and roll into balls, makes approximately 12 golf ball sized meatballs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Sauce Ingredients:

2 T olive oil

Fresh garlic

1 large can of crushed tomatoes

Fresh basil

Directions:

Heat oil in the saucepan and add garlic until the garlic is soft but not browned. Add can of crushed tomato and top with basil on zucchini noodles or pasta!
