Waffle Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients for waffle:

15 grams flavored protein powder of choice (Christina used Snickerdoodle)

30 grams Kodiak cake mix

1/2 cup water

Ingredients for rest of sandwich:

3 slices of Canadian bacon

2 whole eggs

1 slice of Velveeta Jalapeno cheese (or cheese of choice)

1 oz sugar- free syrup

Cholula

Directions:

Mix the protein powder, Kodiak cakes, and water. Let sit to thicken. Make the waffles in a waffle maker, cook the eggs in a microwave egg cooker or in a mug in the microwave for 1 minute and stack in between the waffles.

380 calories, 39 grams protein, 24 grams carbohydrate, 15 grams fat, 3 grams fiber
